The guide is organized in three parts: Part I includes information to assist schools in defining conflict resolution, understanding the different types of school-based conflict resolution programs and identifying program goals and the type of training needed to meet program goals. Part II includes information to assist schools in identifying qualified trainers, interviewing a trainer, and making a decision.
