The objectives of the virtual workshop were to facilitate knowledge sharing on good practices in the development of educational audio-visuals and, in doing so, to strengthen collaboration between educational content developers and audio-visual specialists. The speakers included educators or professionals from the public service, radio and television media in Georgia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Australia with extensive experience in the development and dissemination of educational content by radio and television in various contexts. A representative of the Ministry of Education of Mauritius also brought the experience of his country in developing educational radio and TV programmes.
