The main objective of this research is to highlight the strategies developed by higher education institutions in the region to guarantee pedagogical continuity. It also seeks to understand the context in which pedagogical continuity strategies operate, both from a technological and pedagogical point of view, as well as to provide an overview of the quality of the policy environments in which these initiatives had to be developed.
