he case study was one of six aimed at analysing current EMIS and recurring challenges related to the use and management of education data and information at the country level in times of emergencies. The study seeks to understand the information currently gathered through EMIS and other systems/actors and to examine its utility to development and humanitarian actors. Recommendations are suggested that could strengthen the collection and analysis of crisis -sensitive data including potential remedial actions to address identified gaps
